How to use Forgedo
A quick getting-started guide for invoices, booking, CRM, dashboard and client portal.
1. Set up your business
- Open Quotes & Invoices.
- Go to Business Settings and add your business name, email, address and logo.
- Go to SMTP settings and add your email server details so Forgedo can send emails.
2. Add your first client
- Open the Clients tab.
- Add the client name, email, phone and company if needed.
- Save the client so you can reuse it in invoices and quotes.
3. Create invoices and quotes
- Create a new invoice or quote.
- Add line items, due date, tax and notes.
- Send it by email or share the client portal link.
4. Use the client portal
- Generate a portal link from an invoice or quote.
- Clients can open it, review the document and respond.
- You can track portal events in the document history.
5. Booking and appointments
- Open Booking to set your availability.
- Share your booking page with clients.
- Forgedo can send confirmation and reminder emails automatically.
6. Dashboard and CRM
- Use Dashboard to track revenue and activity.
- Use CRM to store contacts and manage follow-ups.
