How to use Forgedo

A quick getting-started guide for invoices, booking, CRM, dashboard and client portal.

Open Forgedo

1. Set up your business

  1. Open Quotes & Invoices.
  2. Go to Business Settings and add your business name, email, address and logo.
  3. Go to SMTP settings and add your email server details so Forgedo can send emails.

2. Add your first client

  1. Open the Clients tab.
  2. Add the client name, email, phone and company if needed.
  3. Save the client so you can reuse it in invoices and quotes.

3. Create invoices and quotes

  1. Create a new invoice or quote.
  2. Add line items, due date, tax and notes.
  3. Send it by email or share the client portal link.
